The Concierge Desks are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Concierge will be happy to assist you with any inquiries you may have, please do not hesitate to contact them.

Contacting Concierge if Desk is Unattended:
· There is a telephone located at the Concierge Desk – simply pick up the receiver and press button as indicated.
· This will go through to Concierge via the mobile phone.
Concierge will also be able to assist you with any information regarding bookings for our facilities and explain the procedure or the ‘Conditions of Use’ for the following:
Concierge will also be able to provide you with the appropriate forms required, whether it is for a facility booking or an apartment key or security pass order.
