The Skyline Club on Level 40 is an exclusive recreation facility with restricted use as follows:
TV Video and Audio equipment:
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in the member being refused access to Level 40.
- Use of the Skyline Club (The Club) is restricted to members of Body Corporate 4 (Podium apartments, apartments on levels 39 – 59 and apartments 1101, 1102, 1103) and shall be on a casual basis without the need of formal booking.
- Any member and/or his/her guests cannot exclusively occupy The Club or any parts thereof.
- The Skyline Club is locked every evening at 11pm by security and re-opened at 6am the next morning.
- Any member found to be causing a disruption within The Club will be prohibited from The Club and its facilities until that member is prepared to abide by these rules.
- Members may invite a maximum of four (4) guests at any one time and shall be responsible for their behaviour whilst within the confines of The Club.
- Members must accompany their guests at all times thereby ensuring that other member’s quiet enjoyment of The Club is not compromisedin any way.
- Whilst the Body Corporate Rules specifically forbid the consumption of alcohol on common property, the responsible consumption of alcohol by The Club members will be allowed within the confines of the Media Lounge.
- This rule is to be regarded as a privilege and not a right and the quiet enjoyment of other members must be of the first priority.
- Members are obliged to ensure that the area is kept clean and tidy during and after their use. Failure to do this would be a breach of the rules.
TV Video and Audio equipment:
- Whilst the above equipment is available for members and can be used for the length of any one program disc there are certain special days of the year when the use of the TV will be restricted to iconic events such as the Melbourne Cup, the AFL Grand Final.
- The Media Lounge cannot be booked by members for individual events; during its opening hours all members are welcome to enjoy the area.
- It is in the interest of Members to be reasonable and fair with respect to the use of the equipment and ensure an equitable approach is taken with sharing of the facilities.
- Operation and control of all electronic equipment within the Media Lounge will be the responsibility of the Building Manager and his team. Concierge will arrange operation of equipment upon request.
- Members should respect and consider others keeping noise to a minimum as other residents may be sleeping whilst the facilities are being used.
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in the member being refused access to Level 40.
