Visitors
The security system consists of a closed circuit camera and an electronic intercom system.
When your visitor arrives they must first enter your apartment number followed by the bell symbol on the keypad on the intercom panel
at the lobby entrance. When satisfied as to the identity of your visitor, press the key symbol button on your intercom, which will then
open the front entry door for 5 seconds. To allow your visitor access to your floor level, press the button adjacent to the key symbol button, this allows your visitor 90 seconds to reach the lift.
Resident Visitors / Contractors - Apartment Works
If your visitor misses the lift they can request assistance from Concierge. Please ensure your visitor uses the correct entrance.
An owner must ensure that prior to commencement of any apartment renovations/works that authorisation in writing has been granted by the Owners Corporation. Once authorisation has been given by the Owners Corporation any owner who is intending to have contractors on site to complete renovations or minor maintenance in their apartment is to ensure the following:

- All Contractors must sign in at the Concierge Desk on arrival.
- Concierge will then issue them with a Visitor Pass.
- The Visitor Pass is to be worn around their neck and must be on view at all times whilst on site.
- If the resident will not be home Concierge will sign them out keys for apartment access if authorised to do so by the apartment owner.
- If the Contractors need to bring materials to/from apartment the Goods Lift must be booked in advance for this purpose.
- Any Contractors who are carrying out specialised works will be inducted by the Concierge or Building Management to ensure all standards, procedures and OH&S regulations are followed whilst on site.
- All Contractors must advise Concierge if any work being carried out may cause alarm activation, if so Isolation of smoke detectors will be required.
- Isolation of Smoke Detectors will be done by Concierge or Building Management.
- Contractors are responsible for removing and disposing of any rubbish and building materials used and leaving all access areas used clean and tidy.
- Any costs for cleaning or removing of rubbish will be invoiced to the apartment owner.
